Come on Barrow got to be stronger, our attempts to win back possession are just not good enough this half.

Yep, last week was Hirds mistake too. My point is he needs to respond as we are very short of CB's at the moment, so he needs to respond.

I am referring to todays mistake not last weeks. Just hoping his confidence isn't shot because we need all players on form

I thought last weeks mistake by Hird was more to do with tiredness than stupidity, although it was still daft. Today’s was a howler though, absolute shocker. We seem to be messing about a bit too much around our penalty area though, it happened quite a lot in the first half.
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

What annoys me is that Newport have been able to step up their game and we have gone flat since half time and look a yard off the pace.

1). We don't learn to keep hold of the ball
2). We don't find a link between the midfield and attack

Not convinced with Dunn's tactics one bit.
I would imagine Bolton fans at this minute are saying the same about Ian Evatt.

I think we will be a different proposition with key players back.

Not playing the attractive, passing game this year, that we all enjoyed last year. Come on Manager Dunn, I'm losing interest already. Missing a mid-field general and a goal-scoring Striker. Everyone said Platt was a key man, now we know why, as Hird has cost us 4 points in 2 games. Dock his wages. We need the 4 missing players back ASAP.

Throwing Brown (who has been good today) with a man who has made two match changing mistakes in two games. Bit harsh...
I mean the fact he is an absolute liability as in that last booking. Ball going out of play but can't resist kicking out. I've lost count how many times he's given penalties and free kicks away off the ball.

Wouldn't fancy that.

Would love to know what you've seen from him ever to make that statement. Of everyone last season he was the one I worried about, and he's not good enough for this level.

Second half has been truly awful, and that has largely stemmed from Hird's ridiculous error.
