The great thing about this forum is the passion that comes across from users. I'd much rather read a few posts criticising a performance, even if I don't agree with them, rather than no posts at all. It's great to see so many people caring so much about the club. Has anyone looked at the Harrogate fans forum ? I'd like our Yorkshire rivals to do well but they don't seem to have engaged much with the local community, if the number of posts on their fans forum is anything to go by.

Quality before quantity. You can hardly compare some of these posts with the former.

We've had a bang average pre-season and a poor at the best start to life in League 2. No doubt we will improve when Quigley returns to the fold. I'm sure Evatt was asked similar questions this time last year. If we were playing well and nearly there then that would give us hope. Fact is we've not been good and Dunn has no successful managerial experience to draw upon. With that being said people need to calm down, we will stay up.

Bar two scandalous individual mistakes (from the same individual) we would have 4 points on the board and be feeling a little more confident.

I just hope we do pick up a bit soon. Don't want all the momentum from last season to disappear after a few weeks.

Last season Sam played on the right side of the back 3, whereas I believe at the start of this season he's had to play at the centre of the back three, whilst not a massive difference, it is a slight change of mindset, I thought Sam was exceptional last season alongside Matt and Patrick, you don't turn in to a bad defender over night, it's just a shame that mistakes he had made has cost us points, but like was previously mentioned, he will be feeling it, all we can do as supporters is support the team! Through thick and thin as most of us always have done

There is an ever so slight difference but not enough to account for those mistakes. I think people will continue to back them through thick and thin as always. It doesn't mean they are immune from criticism.

Don't know if you want to see it, but our Forum (can't manage the link, sorry) has eight minutes of the key bits from Saturday, filmed from the opposite side of the pitch. They sort of let Hird off a little, tiny bit. I thought at the time that he was attempting a soft pass across the area. It appears that was attempting hit it both harder and more diagonally, but lost his footing at the crucial moment. See what you think.

Football has changed and not for the better ,but it's great teams like Burnley have done so well

The player moving over the half way line with the ball unchallenged, picks his pass forward out to his team mate, (Hayes) where what should be our second press is too far off the player receiving the ball and he doesn't stop the cross. Tighter in on these players as a unit, from the front and better chance to break down the move before the ball is played in.

Once Platt and Brough are back I think we'll have one of the best defences in the league. In fact, I think defence will be the strongest part of the team. It's the one area of the team I think has been improved from last season with some strength in depth.

Totally agree our defence looks good, all we need is that one midfielder and forward and i think we'll have a strong team, but of course there hard to find

Fact is we are playing very badly and it needs to change soon

2 effin games, how can you say we are playing badly!! 2 errors have cost us points. Lost their way a bit 2nd half sat, but "badly and things have to change" come on, get real

I think we have a good management team in place, and dunny knows good footballers.,so I do trust his judgement, and I think he will be a successful as that [SwearFilter] from near mcr x

Will we know before 2 o`clock on Saturday if the injured players will be in the squad to face Colchester. Anyone got any news.

Seeing as Dunn keeps his cards firmly to his chest on his squad then I’d say no you won’t find out until the team is named on Saturday
