How do you know that isn’t the instructions? We do it every time we go up! That was the turning point. When we went 2-1 up I hoped we would keep up the pressure and go for a third to kill it off.
I don't know where we go from here. Dunn's future is a matter for the Board, but the big question is whether there is someone else available who could do better with the same squad.
