Below is some rough text from the interview with the Chairman

"We see a lot that goes on behind the scenes, heads had dropped after recent defeats, hadn’t won in 6, 46 points saw Barnet go down in one season, being a numbers man, concerned about the results. Numbers not stacking up, someone new has to come in, to give them a chance and transfer windows, desperately unlucky with injuries and things.
Evatt was an untested manager, Evatt lost 6 on the go when they took over. Approached 2 other people prior to David, players hadn’t seen a coach or manager in 4 months, needed someone in pre-season. Just felt right at the time with Dunn.
Doing differently this time, different position, experience needed, applications coming in and shortly moving onto interviews. People with very good CVs

Spoke at length with Rob Kelly, need to get a couple of wins to take the pressure off until interviews go ahead. Re-assure supporters that they want to get a new manager in time for the January window to make signings. Interviews next week or so.
Barrow doesn't do bottom of the table, the board are very ambitious with fire power and they will flex their muscles to make sure they get the right man. We want to be looking up not down.

Wonderful to hear the fans, especially under the new canopy, covid hasn't helped. really good that fans are getting back in, hopefully, increase going into the new year, presuming we stay in tier 2.
