Another box ticked by Booth as he has managed in league one.

Scotty Booths blue and white army.
Steve Herbert supports the nob theory - Saturday 4th February 2012.

If this bus crashed and everybody on it died, Barrow football would end - Daz Boyle, Boston away, August 9th 2014.

It will be narrowed down to whoever has successfully battled from the position we find ourselves in to safety, playing whatever way it takes. Touchline presence is crucial.

Whoever takes the managers job and we avoid the drop the feeling will be like getting promotion we didn`t have the chance last season to celebrate properly, I remember the Accrington manager several seasons ago that staying up was promotion another season of league football and what that brings , so lets hope the next manager can safe us from the drop and we can all enjoy a pre-season with no worries.

The odds on David Flitcroft are shortening... now 7/4 favourite on Bet Victor and 3/1 second favourite on SkyBet.

According to my Wrexham supporting son-in-law an absolute disaster.Interesting Shrewsbury fans are pushing for the return of Paul Hurst one of their most succesful managers to replace him.

Ricketts hasn’t exactly got the best credentials:
• has only ever managed two clubs
• firstly Wrexham, whom he walked away from after seven months in December 2018, with the club 4th in the National League, to go and manage local rivals Shrewsbury Town.
• Spent two years managing the Shrews in League One. Presided over two successful relegation battles, then was relieved of his duties three weeks ago, with the club second bottom in the table, with only 9 points from 13 matches.
