Thought we battled better in midfield. Sometimes in the past we have gone missing in midfield and been overrun. That didn’t happen today. However the creative side was no better. Maybe that will come as the team plays more games? Hope so.

We have to be realistic. It was too much to expect an immediate transformation with so many new players, especially away from home against a side that were unbeaten in 6.

Given form of Grimsby and Southend I’d put our odds better than that. Southend and Grimsby goal differences -27 and -25. Ours - 3. That’s telling you something

We could really do with another shock win over Cheltenham on Tuesday. That would be a surprise double. Prediction they re going to bombard us with high balls and long throws.

Been said 1000x before, we need another Striker, but none of the new 7 are. Relying too much on Quigley, only he and Kay look like scoring. Can't rely on penalties alone. Is Sea not fit yet?

Disappointing result that, thought our defence had improved as the 1st half went on but then conceded poorly straight after half time. Decent last 20 minutes after Jolley had made changes, thought Biggins looked good today, fail to see what Banks offers in midfield that we didn't already have, apart from the top-knot of course

We do need another agile striker, theres no outlet from the midfield, I'm sure that will be looked at before the window closes, it's all getting a bit close though
