Hopefully by the start of the season things will be fine. Providing the vaccination programme keeps going at the same pace then all adults who want to be vaccinated should have been by then. If people choose not to have the jab they do so with the knowledge that they might be more at risk and may also face further restrictions.

Do I assume that season ticket sales have plateaued at around 700 ?

I bought a season ticket for both Ayr and Barrow in the expectation that at least initially it will be season ticket holders only. That is what Ayr are saying in their advert for season tickets: "at this stage, we do envisage that all season ticket holders will gain entry to Somerset Park".

The good thing is that the sporting test events so far have seen very few cases. I'm a bit frustrated folk I know are following the Tartan Army down to Wembley next week but away fans may not be allowed in at the start of the league season.

"Bought mine and opted to pay 10 installments by DD. Easy enough to do with usual questions asked by the finance company. Be aware if opting for this you will be charged just short of £30 for the arrangement fee on top of the ST price".

Don't know what arrangements are or what finance co. are used. I do know that Chester (and possibly several others) arrange ST sales via the local Credit Union. Much lower costs than any other organisation and possibly more accessible.

I did mine online nearly two weeks ago and selected a seat. Just waiting for the 20% refund from the office. However, at that time the ST for the stand wasn't on open sale, it was just for the people who had held on to their season ticket from the previous season.
