Don't know what arrangements are or what finance co. are used. I do know that Chester (and possibly several others) arrange ST sales via the local Credit Union. Much lower costs than any other organisation and possibly more accessible.

That’s a great shout, The club should look into also working with the Furness based Credit Unions so fans can get cheaper finance options & the money stays in our community

The finance company are called V12 Retail Finance and as Jammy mentions above, they are used by most EFL Clubs. I believe the club decided to use them as they receive the payment up front from V12 even though the customer pays in installaments. It means the risk of customers cancelling mid way through or not making payments is with V12 and not the club who I believe spent hours per month chasing up folk for missing payments last season.

I found the whle process very straight forward and easy to use.

I see you can't book season tickets for the stand online. Is this because of social distancing? Are they selling them in the office?

It's to give last years season ticket holders chance to retain the seat they had last year

Think I read originally 1200 ish but then when it was obvious that cos of effects of pandemic numbers would be restricted ant then not watch at all club gave fans option to refund by a certain period if people wanted with possible changes in their circs ie job loss etc.I think maybe 950 odd left their tkts in.

Just seen Fylde season ticket prices N.L.N they start at £160.00 for standing and rise to £190.00. for stand tickets and there is also some for sale that are in the main stand central area for £375.00 but that includes a reserved parking place, also there are no concessions, I think that's robbery and just shows how good our season tickets are for League football.

At what point does your discount show in the finance option process? I've put my code in with names of season ticket holders etc.. but when it comes to them asking to agree to the amount of finance it is still the full amount plus the admin fee!
