For many reasons this is a bad idea.

we have a SLO WHERE was the consultation with the fans ? ffs that's his job!
Now we're told to contact him after the horse has bolted really poor from him !
I was not consulted on this blue nige so I feel your comment is abit unwarranted.

However supporters have the chance to express their thoughts via my email account SLO@BARROWAFC.COM or if possible attend next Fridays meet the board and manager night.

Slowly taking the good old tradition of attending a football match away. Can I ask, what if someone cannot get to the game at the kick off, can they attend late still
everyone is entitled to their opinion, deal with it

I'll ask the question as we have NHS workers, shift etc.. who'll on night matches not get to ground until 8pm so will need a late turnstile

This is a bad idea. This will really effect the clubs takings. Barrow have a lot of older supporters who really do not live the cashless life. I work with a guy who doesn't even have a cash card. A lot of people decide on the day and sometimes quite late in the day to attend matches. Paying at the turnstile suits this. I, myself may buy food and drink if I have spare change in my pocket. It is the same with programmes. This is money I maybe wouldn't spend otherwise. We are not yet cashless society and businesses need to cater for those who use cash. This is BAD business.

Barrow eats….what could possibly go wrong?
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

If this puts off even one elderly fan who’s been going to Holker Street all their life and supported the club through thick and thin it should be scrapped
I much prefer using cash myself, especially just for small purchases like a pint, or a burger at half time

Yes quite harsh to have statment off club and CEO, and then at bottom of it putting the unconsulted SLO Email address.

No worries nige but you're right in future big changes like this we need to get the opinion of the support and work together.

I will add the board and its staff are always trying to do things for the better of the club.
