Why should I need to contact the club to chase up the delivery of ticket I paid for on the 6th September with first-class delivery?

If the club are literally just sticking a stamp on an envelope rather than visiting a post office to arrange recorded delivery there’s no reason they can’t just do them every afternoon and get them in the post. Shouldn’t still be waiting the day before the game playing ticket roulette and hoping they might turn up, what if you were making a weekend of it somewhere and wanted to go away early Friday?

He’s paid for it to be delivered well over a week ago why would he collect the ticket?

Ordered mine on the 7th as advised to order early, I’m guessing they were all sent out this week after the postage deadline on Friday. Absolutely ludicrous.

Ordered my ticket on the 6th of September. Emailed the office to find out when tickets were being sent out and was told that they would be sent out on Tuesday the 14th. I live in Peterborough and luckily mine arrived on Wednesday.

Post has arrived and still no ticket. Trying to ring club as requested but no answer. Brilliant!!!

Not one for knocking the club but this is really bad.

A club official should be taking spare tickets with them tomorrow for anyone who has been missed in the post. Bad form.

I think everyone has been sorted with where to pick up tickets tomorrow and if they haven’t I would urge them to contact the club pretty quickly.

Luckily mind came yesterday but it took 10 days to come from paying £2.50 for it, another learning curve for the club, not good enough really.

Folk out off town waiting for delivery have now been told to collect their tickets at Bradford now

We’ve made the decision not to allow POTD this season - something to do with COVID, which makes little sense. Allows the club to budget better, and saves West Yorkshire Police absolutely rimming us on bills.

Is that from date of you ordering, or the date of posting?
Club will have to allow 10 days for Mansfield tickets . Therefore last day to buy online for delivery will be 22 Sept .
All because these clubs provide physical tickets and not allow etickets

That’s not good enough & it needs addressing pronto…hope everyone’s tickets arrive in time for the game.
