Where is our new training base? Adam metioned it on his post match interview on Saturday with Cooper but I didn't catch where it is.

No it wasn't Mottram Hall that Adam mentioned and last weeks pictures of the players training didn't look like Mottram Hall IMO. It sounded like we have moved again especially with the way Adam phrased the question to Cooper post match with regards to settling in to the new training venue.

Oh, not sure then. Presumed it was still mottram hall but makes sense moving somewhere different as we only had access to the pitch on a Thursday so seemed pointless being there

Now at AVRO FC who play in North West Counties Premier Division Cooper said limited to size of pitch we can use not ideal but better than what we have had. From RC with Adam after Walsall match.

There is also a grass pitch next door, although it doesnt look to be full size, hence the comment from Cooper.

Only about a mile from my house if any of the team ever want a cuppa.

This saga seems never ending. Who makes the decisions on training requirements and location- Barrow AFC or the Manager?

Paul Hornby said in programme notes a month or so ago that Mark Hetherington was asked and agreed to come back and was heading up a project to reorganise the clubs training facilities. Cooper praised him for his work in last Fridays radio interview.

So if this is a good news story then great. This has been a well known about problem area for a while. If its a partnership with Avro FC then let’s hear about it with a news feature about what it is and how long it’s for. Maybe even a video from a training day at the facility to show fans this is where we have located our training base. This is footballing news i’m sure fans would be interested in.
