60 yard balls to Zanzala, who when he does win them has nobody around him. Gordon well off the pace today and when those two go off we have nothing (if we had anything in the first place). Midfield dominated in the second half and why it took so long to bring Hutton in I’ll never know.

6 arrests apparently. It’s a shame that for elderly and families to get to their seats, they had to walk through a concourse of drunk teenagers jumping into them, smoke bombs and people urinating on the floor. I’m all for a day on the lash with the lads, but at least have a bit of respect for the people around you.
Wasn't just that.. throwing fireworks..flares and blocking of emergency exits...didn't feel safe at all. Did Carlisle provide more tickets than allocated seats?
Firework was thrown and went off a couple of rows in front of me and my young lad. Lucky it didn't injure someone. There were also plastic pint glasses and a couple of other items being thrown around. No need. All for having a beer with the lads but some of the behaviour was disgusting.
The seating situation was a joke. Can't open a terrace because of safety certificates but it's fine to have people stood in escape routes and emergency exits??? Absolute joke. How did it even happen when they know the capacity? The game was poor as well.
We hate Carlisle United, we hate Workington too (and Morecambe), we hate Accrington Stanley but Barrow we love you :scarf:

No problem at all with a defensive focus, but don’t strip the life out of the team to keep a clean sheet. There needs to be a balance and it’s his job to find it.
Coopers says that very thing in his after match interview. Finding that balance is what he is working and will continue to work on.

I don't often disagree with Cooper's tactics but I think he was too cautious today. We were really poor, as were Carlisle - in fact neither side deserved even the point they got. This was Zanazala's chance to really shine, but he was awful.

Why so much long ball? I could see the tactic at Banbury as the high ball to Zanazala would work with weaker, less experienced defenders, but IMO it was wrong to continually bypass the palymakers in midfield. I havent had time to watch Cooper's interview but I hope he acknowledges that we need to lay a bit more football on the deck.

Agree. I did not expect us to play the way we did, not once did we try and build from the back second half, not one quick counter, But the pitch was slow and bobbly. I don’t mind playing that way if it gets the end results but it was a hard watch. Saying that if Zanzala scores we are all happy tonight. As cooper says- it’s about finding the right balance..

So with Gordon out next game who plays up front with Zanzala Kay or James or will Copper go with just one forward and try and get another point.
