Bought 2 tickets no bother as soon as they were announced

it only let me order my season ticket seat - no option for getting any other - so i'm guessing just the 1 again.

Site says 2 per season ticket, only let me select one but logging back in again let me buy another

yeah - just seen that - it should really be 1 for season ticket holders particularly in the seated area - i would hazard a guess that the fact it's 2 is what is causing the issues with seats

Even though I am a ST holder and it is a cup tie, all seats are unblocked. I was unable to sit in my usual seat as another ST holder has selected my seat to sit in. Not a problem but I thought the idea was, a ST holder has priority to buy their own seat prior to open sale. Not in a cup tie. I am sat nearby.

Got my tkt this morn having seen Dave the guy employed to sort this firm out.He said problem occurred when because it a cup game all tkts released
So season tkt holders could actually buy where they wanted.Simeone obviously liked your view better.He said that next year the season tkt ones be blocked from start.You should have had your own seat.I think they having different tkt firm next year cos this one is not competent .Morecambe had lots of troubles with them as well.

There's nothing to stop Barrow from blocking the seats so that ST holders can choose their seat ( priority ). Just instruct the ticketing firm what they want from now onwards.

Online system won't let me have access so I had to go to the club. If it was up to me we would have an on line system as default

It's not the football league.Many different ticketing systems are used across all of the EFL clubs . The EFL do not stipulate which one to use.

It was quite ridicules this morning, one guy selling the tickets taking an average of 5 minutes per transaction, where are people like the Chief Executive helping when regular staff are not available.

I think the point being made is that nothing runs smoothly like it should at a league club.
