Barrow: Farman, Hutton, Brown, Platt, Canavan, Grayson, Kay, Gotts, Beadling, Rooney, Amadi-Holloway.
Subs: Lillis, Brough, Banks, Williams, Gordon, James.

Looks good on paper let's hope we can bang a few in today. Not worried it's forest green as no team has played us off the park this season BUT we need to take our chances and play with a good high press and at a good tempo for 90 mins not 70 mins
