Good game,but this one we could have won if they had played the first half like the second.Too many sloppy mistakes at the back.This has to be cut out if we are to progress next season.Hopefully we will.get another target man for next season,otherwise we are going to be in another relegation battle

Never thought I'd say this, but we've missed Holloway the last two games.

Yep we had quite a few chances today Platty could have had a hat trick of headers, brilliant curling shot from Hutton good shot just wide from Kay plus keeper tipped over Rooney effort. So disappointed we never got anything. Agree with Nick that Holloway was a big miss. Thought Brownie was excellent tactically second half very nearly paid off. Looking forward to cheering the lads on last home game COYB.

Beaten but not disgraced in our last two games, but I think it is important that we finish the season on a positive note with a win next Saturday.

Disappointing that we got back into it only to concede again. A lot of these players are contracted for next season. The manager (whoever it is) will have a preseason with them but I’m not sure if this is it for many of this group. Its a familiar outcome and something has to change or we will be struggling again.

Really interesting interview with Brown by Adam. Re defensive errors costing goals, Brown said it was not about errors but about commitment by people who would be nameless. Also refers to players being "too easy to leave out", ie not hurting enough when they lose their place.

Worth a listen on Radio Carlisle post-match listen again. (Interview in the last few mins of the programme after rather a lot of analysis about that other club in L2 )

Just needed more composure today Jonty as stated earlier we had enough chances to win two games, we desperately needed to manage that game after equalising in fact I thought we’d go onto win fine margins as they say.

By publicly naming White and Williams on the Radio and saying he told them both they were "to easy to leave out" is not a good look from a prospective manger IMO. Its one sure way of losing the dressing room with a group of players of whom Brown recently admitted there were one or two "doubting Thomases" after the opening 3 defeats. Brown has done himself no favours in the media this week and board need to think long and hard before appointing him IMO

Sorry I mentioned the interview! But don’t worry, if Brown signs there will be clauses in his contract to ensure that he doesn’t say anything illuminating or interesting. In fact, he will probably be required to watch some Cooper interviews in order to understand properly what is expected.

Both the goals we conceded were like so many this season, the opportunities were there to intercept, put a tackle in, to stop a cross.
