Northampton game
Northampton game
Northampton, nicknamed The Cobblers, are our visitors for that LAST game of the season. They’ll come here and put their heart and SOLE into it. Will BOOT the ball up the pitch and SHOEt on sight. They are in 3rd pLACE, so will want to stay there and get into the UPPER tier., but wHEEL stop ‘em. My TONGUE is hanging out at the prospect. I know we’re playing a load of Cobblers. So EYELET you know how we get on. COYB.
Re: Northampton game
1-1 to tie up the league for another season.
Gotts with the goal off his heel. One or two with dogs that are barking due to the firmer ground

Re: Northampton game
On the subject of Northampton fans. People posting on here suggesting that attempts had been made by fans of The Cobblers to buy tickets for parts of the ground housing home fans. Question is:
What's stopping them buying tickets on the day? I doubt whether they'd wear club colours when trying to do so.

It's a long way to travel just on the off chance that you'll get in. And I say this as someone who travelled from Swindon to Man Utd on the off chance that four of us could buy off a tout (which we did, although it was £15-20 for a £5 terrace ticket).Sea Dog Sam wrote: ↑Fri May 06, 2022 9:38 pm On the subject of Northampton fans. Had a good crack with the Dutch lads in the Keys tonight doing Dutch karaoke. They're all geared up for the game in the afternoon.

Re: Northampton game
If Amadi-Holloway's back, a draw, mebbe even the win. If not, I'll just take a good, battling performance.
Don't let the old man in.
Re: Northampton game
I agree a good performance in the sunshine is all that I want. A win would be nice though. 3-2 to the good guys
Just say no to VAR
