The previous poster was replying to someone who implied multiple people were being fired, as if it was a daily thing i.e. they wanted to know who were all these people being fired.

Anyway most media "managers" jobs are done for free by students or fans.

Maybe the club have realised this???

The best one in the country as voted for is actually a 18 year old college student for FREE.

So no more wasting money all good.

it doesn't sound like an acrimonious split - perhaps Mark was given a 2 year contract at the start to get the media side up to standard - maybe we'll never know - but it's a classy announcement from him.

Simmo was a classy guy that made a difference. Whether he left of his own accord or not, his professionism will be hard to replace

sounds like he's either been told his job has come to an end then - or as with players negotiating new contracts no agreement could be made over next season's package.
