for people criticizing Farman on the goals - the 1st goal took a deflection off George Ray. the deflection can clearly be seen on a video Orient have posted and the deflection took the ball right into the corner - Farman would have saved it otherwise;-

Moyo and Gordon looked a useful combination on Saturday.

Don’t really agree with that. Gordon worked really hard all game in the land of the giants without much success. Thought Moyo looked all at sea when he came on.

Understand why PW put Moyo on ie. to give us some height up front. And that’s a really difficult defence to get past as its tall, mobile and difficult to run behind. But I don’t think Moyo is quite at the right level as yet He is an awkward customer but is very erratic on the ball and is not as good with his head as perhaps he should be. Also goes to ground too easily.

We still have a team that pose threats down the flanks and from set pieces primarily. Orient were just really good at containing those threats. They pushed us repeatedly back into midfield and eventually capitalised on the inevitable mistakes from the pressure they generated. And finished well. They even practiced the dark arts well as Coy let them get away with way too much. Contrast this with the Bradford game where their similarly physical approach was not as acceptable to the ref on that occasion. So we were really up against it.

I know PW saw little between the sides which to some extent was true but to me they functioned really well at both an individual and team level. Their bench was also very good. I don’t think it would be wrong to suggest that they did look a step ahead of us atm.

A really good opponent does expose your limitations and shortcomings and they managed to do that. Any team that can do that at HS this season should be considered worthy promotion contenders. That’s how far we have come in such a short time.

We had opportunities to score in the opening 20 mins but failed to take our chances. You can't do that against quality opposition and expect to get a result. Still think we need a 'quality' striker.

Orient's number 7 - and scorer of their first goal (Smyth I think he's called) ran us ragged. He looked class - way above EFL 2 level.

Orient looked a decent team. No disgrace being beaten by them.
