I think we played well from mid first half to mid second half, but seemed to surrender the initiative from the hour mark. We get lots of ball into box, but nothing like the quality that Tranmere showed, and no striker getting on the end of crosses. Tranmere had too much space and time out wide in the last third on both sides of the pitch.

Ben Whitfield MoM

I would give Brough MoM. In a different class from most of the others. He hardly wastes a ball.

Would love to know why Bennett isn't getting 90 minutes also....

What did Whitfield do to get MOTM? Warrens performances have gone down hill but he’s not the only one.

This bump in the road is turning into a large hole in the road.

As much as Wild deserves the praise for the position we are in compared to seasons gone by, we don't seem to have any other plan! Bennett has been bafflingly underused considering the results we've had recently. Even at 1-1 I would've been bringing him on to try and wrestle some momentum back as Tranmere were looking stronger before the sending off. Criminal we lost that game from that point onwards.
Popular side since '03.

2 bad sides . What does waters bring to the team🤔
We have the smallest front line in football and we hang balls up 30 ft in the air .
Gone home very disappointed tonight

Another 2 soft goals ,Tranmere had far more ideas than we had., but Wilds substitutions were baffling, he totally unbalanced the team how Gordon and Warren stayed on is beyond me !, waters and Gordon together just don't look right both get knocked off the ball too easily, we've no creative midfielder and no one who looks like scoring when a ball is played into the area !, really disappointing and ee desperately need some stronger physical player's to come in ,we're far too easy to play through!

Absolute shite against a very poor Tranmere who were there for the taking.

Why’s Bennett not starting ffs??

Absolute shadow of the side we were 3/4 months ago. No energy or fight between us. [SwearFilter] poor that

I’d be giving Bennet a start instead of Gordon against sides such as Tranmere. Or at least give him longer than ten mins when Gordon wasn’t able to win much. 2 soft goals not sure if the bad challenge on the keeper was still affecting him for the second .

Seen some guy plastering all over social media that wild was shouting abuse at our own fans telling them to f*** o** and all kinds of stuff, can anybody confirm or deny this? Wether it’s true or not seems odd to be saying this all over Facebook and Twitter about ur own teams manager.

"desperately need some stronger physical player's to come in".

I agree but, what I would say is - Given the rose tinted specs that Wild was wearing when he brought Warren and Waters in for example, what is there to suggest that he might bring in these, as you rightly say, "stronger physical players" when he is reluctant to 'start' a big physical example in the shape of Bennet !.

Two soft goals given away tonight and why take Stevens off when he was one of the best players on the pitch. As an aside I was trying to find the prematch and after match commentary and it was all Carlisle United..Is there only one Div2 team in Cumbria?

Saw the words that Wild was accused of shouting at our fans, and if true, they don't do his image any good.
