Re: Hartlepool v Barrow match thread
1 point from 12 at any time of the season is not good enough.
Don't let the old man in.

Good season but we’ve lost more games then we’ve won now. We need to sort our forwards out. Nothing happening.

Re: Hartlepool v Barrow match thread
Jake Young is as good of a signing as Raul Correia was.
Josh Gordon wandering off with cramp? Leaving 9 vs 11?! At least be a body for us. Shambles
Brough off.
Down to 8
Temple booked on the sideline

A target man is a must. I'd argue other than that, it's the midfield creativity that's the bigger issue. The ball is moved so slowly.AugustusCorpa wrote: ↑Sat Apr 29, 2023 4:55 pm Good season but we’ve lost more games then we’ve won now. We need to sort our forwards out. Nothing happening.

What about replacing McClelland if he leaves and brough and maybe Harrison Neal, I'd say 2 forwards and 2 decent midfieldersjanwilder wrote: ↑Sat Apr 29, 2023 5:02 pmA target man is a must. Shocking, embarrassing second half. Played off the park by a side who wanted it more. I will be interested to hear what Wild has to say about that.

With what went on at the game we could only have 14 players to choose from.for the last game if Gordon can,t play.

Jim it'll be exactly the same after every defeat ,ACTIONS speak louder than words , we've done ok first half of the season but the worry is second half has been terrible and we went 3 months without a home win, hope when we recruit we don't get fooled by finishing 9th !

Re: Hartlepool v Barrow match thread
Wild says what the players put in today was "a disgrace". Apologises to fans. "I'm not having that." We went ahead and thought it was going to be easy. Hartlepool were everything we should have been.
Don't let the old man in.
