I assume, at this stage, that the new away end seats will not be used though good to see that a few bob is coming through the income channels already. Hopefully, Blackpool, Oldham and Newcastle will be the same.
Think its the first friendly for Preston and Ryan Lowe has said that new signings will be given minutes. The first team squad have been at a training camp in Spain while a team of Academy/trialists have played a couple of friendlies. Will certainly be a far greater test and better judge of where we are.
It's our fourth friendly, played Bamber Bridge and Bury then Bruno Magpies who played Dundalk last night in a Europa Conference Match, won all three and nvirtually every goal has been scored by a youth team player

Not sure who has the connection with PNE but I am sure I heard Ryan Lowe on a radio programme and Pete Wild saying he would loan us players probably youth players.

There is clearly a kindred spirit between Wild and Lowe. Would not surprise me actually if in the fullness of time Wild graduated to being the manager of a club like PNE.

However I’m not sure that PNEs youth or U-23s if they have them would be deemed good enough for a season long loan. Both of our loanees last year were probably better than anything PNE could give us. It would have to be of a quality associated with a fringe or squad player and you tend not to get those on a long term loan.

There's an old Corporation Bus running from the holiday Inn to Holker Street tomorrow!

In aid of Hospice, too.

Worth supporting just for that!

Nice to see Harrison Neal start for Sheffield United against Estoril tonight, played well too. 👏
