For some reason I feel quite pleased with that, partly because of the scorers and partly because it maintains momentum in some ways. Plus a few more quid in the bank. I'm not particularly distressed about the competition.

10k for the win so good money for the club. Few potential future stars in the Liverpool line up. I remember when Newcastle U-23s came 4 or 5 years ago, an unknown Ivan Tony started up front against us.

First time I've seen Etaluku the lad has certainly got something. From the glimpses I saw tonight he has raw pace who looks to travel at defenders with the ball, looking to get to the bye line for a cross. His goal was certainly a fluke but his play for it was very good. I would like to see a bit more of him, I think he has a role to player even if it's an impact player off the bench.

Thought bray showed some tidy touches loos comfortable off either foot was surprised to see him come off at HT was he injured or was it tactical?

If Duffus doesn't start in this game don't see much future for him, might as well ship him on in January.

PW said Owen Bray had a stomach upset before the game and deteriorated during the game and didn’t return after halftime for that reason.

Second half we were decent/they dropped off once Spearing went off. £10k banked to hopefully go towards some sand for the pitch; shame some more local Liverpool fans couldn’t be bothered to come along to swell the coffers a bit more

Think Garner and Duffus need moving on in January. Thanks for their efforts, but neither are good enough. Agree with the comments regarding Etaluku and was happy that Mazeed got some minutes in.

Use the term “effort” very loosely when talking about Duffus. As for garner he shows some potential but a loan move in January to the conference might be the best thing for him

I thought we played poorly in the first half leaving too many gaps which allowed Liverpool to score their first goal as Josh Lillis waited too long to go for the ball and he could only watch as the low powered
shot went over his head into the top corner.
In the second half Barrow came out much stronger and Etalaku was to score a peach of a goal.Ten minutes later Ogunbo scored a second .It,s just a pity we didn,t play like that against Morecambe but at least the club got another £10000 for winning.Let,s just hope we come out with all guns blazing on Saturday against Bradford.

No surprise, most support these sides yet never been with the excuse they can't get tickets. They find it amusing that someone would support Barrow. Yet the stars of the future are playing in the town and they can't be arsed, plenty of tickets available

Overall enjoyed the game,and we thoroughly deserved the victory. Garner and proctor wouldn’t get in Holkers first team, and I’m not just basing that on tonight’s game, they are both garbage, and I’ve said this from early season.Tom white was excellent, but the star of the second half was Etaluku, what an exciting player this lad is. Duffus did more regards actually winning headers,and holding the ball up, in his 20 minutes, than proctor and garner did all night.
