Leaving Bratford after another fantastic away win. Gotts and Spence absolute athletes in midfield, Ray a colossus at the back, Canavan does what Canavan does, Farman got in the way of a 3 yard effort at 1-0. White knows how to play L2. What a time to be a Bluebird

But that's how this league usually goes ,it's always tough to win away now we have the resilience not brilliant to watch but can't argue with what we're doing!
Re: Bradford City v Barrow, match thread
The best wins- up against it, the home crowd, defending like lions. Love it.

Spot on. This league is about very small margins. We had 2 seasons of being just on the wrong side of the line and now a season and a third where we’ve worked out how to win. Mostly down to PW.
Re: Bradford City v Barrow, match thread
Absolutely. Those first two seasons we were all over the place.

Won't stop some on here moaning that we don't play entertaining football and don't score goals, just think if we could win and score some goals we might reach the play-off position's, great win today for little old Barrow the club the big boys fans don't like losing too.

One of the biggest things for me this season is the likability of the whole squad. They all seem to want to fight for each other and the badge. You can tell they really get along and those things go far when things get tough. Great result

It's about winning. The fact opposition teams moan about us is down to their lack of preparation.behind the goals wrote: ↑Sat Nov 11, 2023 7:01 pm Won't stop some on here moaning that we don't play entertaining football and don't score goals, just think if we could win and score some goals we might reach the play-off position's, great win today for little old Barrow the club the big boys fans don't like losing too.
We are little Barrow but have they not heard about David v Goliath.

I’ll 2nd this, feels so much bigger than 3 pts, plus keeping the winning run going is the biggest mentality boost. Amazing.

Couldn’t agree more. The lads all put in an incredible shift today. Pete Wild must be absolutely delighted with them. I know I am. A fantastic win. Up into 6th and we deserve it.
