We managed to get something out of it. That is all.

That Beautyman seems to have a knack of scoring against us.

Had a feeling it was going to play out like this. Sutton limited in quality but very dogged and determined. I suspect other teams around us might have had the same issues today.

Let’s put it this way. I feel better about this point than I did versus Accrington at home. Sometimes you have to make do.

Could have easily lost that proud of the lads for not giving up.

Exactly this. Could’ve been much worse after going 2-1 down. We take a point on the road and move onto Crewe next week.

Wasn't at the game nor listened to it, so I can only go on what I'm reading. Some said Proctor was dog-shite again and apparently missed a sitter, others that he had nice touches - just wish he'd do what Strikers do and slam the ball into the back of the net. After scoring a hat-trick mid-week, some thought Telford should have started. Fair comment. Unfortunately we have a track record of not faring too well against bottom of the league sides. "Worst team we've played", says one post, but no games can be taken for granted.

Feels like a bit of a loss that does. One of them games if we’d of gone 2 up after the goal I think it would of been 4 or 5 but then literally from nothing they grabbed an equaliser and dominated for ten minutes in the second half.

As bluemooncrab has already said, another game where we took the lead, were in complete control and not gone on to winCreated 3 great chances an'all, 2 going to our "strikers", Proctor & Acquah and Feeley should have done better with his header in the 1st half. Great that we came back for a point, always good away from home but should really have more points than we've got

I know what you mean Gaz lad. It’s incredible we’re 6 points ahead of Notts County, who have Langstaff already with 20 goals and 5 assists, McGoldrick on 11 goals and 4 assists and Crowley on 10 goals and 8 assists.

Meanwhile we have just one player on more than 5 goals who is Ben Whitfield with 7 goals and 2 assists.

I agree, a prolific goal scorer added to our side, and we’d top the league.

Ground out a a very good point in the end against a team battling for their league status. But that first goal was so avoidable in the grand scheme of things.
My view of Proctor and some may view this as harsh is he has a sublime first touch at times but often flatters to deceive. Games often pass him by not sure he always gives it the full throttle on the effort and application but there is a player there but so far it just isn’t happening enough for us and I’m sure if he was honest himself. I’m sure injuries haven’t helped but do we stick or do we twist well ultimately that’s the managers call. Garner not quite as gifted but does he really suit our our brand of football so a likewise scenario. Do we stick with what what we have or do we twist and try to speculate to accumulate its a fine balance and I for one don’t envy the manager or Director of Football in their decisions.
