Said on the news earlier that it should be sorted later today. Trains go through Grange at about 5 miles an hour. It's not like the Japanese bullet trains. And they will put buses on.

Absolutely no chance it will be sorted today, if anything having seen the state of it I’d be more hoping they have the sense to put enough rail replacement buses on Easter Monday

Seen some pictures of it, As it right by sea reckon they might have to take the entire section up and sure it up don't think it will be done by Monday or end of next week

I assume you haven’t seen the issue/where it is located. Not sure they have to contend with rebuilding a track in between tide times in London

Seriously, they resurface roads up here and it takes forever, derailments and incidents down south are dealt with as a mater of urgency!! Last weekend they shut a road, albeit the m25 and did a major project and it was done but done under the scheduled time allowed!! Up here it is and always has been a different story, tide or no tide.. every resource available is used.

And yes, I've been privy to seeing cctv of the incident as it happened and also the video assessment of the holes etc.
Just think it stinks that up here feels like we are forgotten about and time taken to rectify compared to the capital stinks..
