Another great performance by the Bluebirds today with the only downside that they took their foot off the gas after they went 2-0 up.If they do that against Morecambe they will get punished. Pete Wild mentioned it in his interview and said he wasn,t happy in his half time talk.Overall though it was another controlled performance in which they dominated Grimsby.More of the same please.

Another good home performance from the lads these home games have put us in a great chance for the playoffs/promotion, Stockton & Telford are a real hand full and got to start against Morecambe, regarding Stockton surely we have him until our season is over and would like someone to confirm he is eligible for the playoffs, also Pete Wild having a go at the people slagging him and the players off on our bad run I say we'll done Pete.

Just listened to Grimsby manager post match interview blaming the ref for the defeat and thinks Grimsby deserved something from the game, good news he didn't blame the pitch.

Thought the referee was inconsistent with his decision making and made some peculiar calls both ways. They had two gilt edged opportunities that they didn’t take in the game we also missed chances but were well worthy of the three points.
Hardest decision today must of been the choosing of the MoM with Campbell, Gotts, Chester, and Feely pushing Stockton for the accolade. The selfless work of Telford shouldn’t go unnoticed either.
Think that sums up what a great team effort it was.

Just revisited the news archive and checked the page detailing the Cole Stockton signing, and as confirmed above, he has signed until 30 June. Fantastic news.

Just watched the highlights from yesterday, very impressive team performance, wtf happened to the commentator!! Great post-match interviews, particularly Coles.........when he calls us a "proper club", gave me goosebumps You can tell there is a great vibe around the staff and squad, getting very excited now, ALL BLUEBIRDS ARE BLUE

The consensus on Grimsby’s Fishy Forum is that the referee actually had a reasonably decent game. No idea where Artell got the view that his performance was “disgusting”. He might be in a spot of bother for that comment.

We all have a biased tendency towards decisions that the ref makes. But you can’t con your own supporters when there is really no substance. Doesn’t endear you to the fans most of whom have seen it all before.

I actually thought the Tannoy guy was rather good today, he created more of an atmosphere with his voice, a rawness of what a football ground announcer should feel.

He was awful. Missed the music for our first goal. Didn't announce the extra minutes at the end of the first half and totally missed two of our subs.

I thought the ref was decent. Nice to have a full time Championship ref at Holker street for a change rather than the usual part time rubbish.
