Hope this doesn't get in the hands of the FA Farman physically throws a supporter to the ground who should not have been on the pitch, but knowing our luck he will get a ban along with Wild & Temple for entering the field of play.

I wouldn’t blame any player for reacting like that, especially a goalkeeper who was smack bang in the middle of it. He doesn’t know what that “supporter” was going to do, it must be a frightening situation to be in. I hope Doncaster carry though their threat to identity those people and hand out some serious bans.

And I’d assume the fan ‘footage’ is just as inconclusive as we need it to be. But he clearly walks back into the midst of it all when he didn’t have to.
Emotions were high.
Bit like this afternoons Notts Forest statement, let’s hope a hot headed, in the heat of the moment statement, doesn’t lead to people looking closer than we need or want them to….

Different circumstances Doncaster on an a amazing run ( we know the feeling) on Tuesday the atmosphere will be tense and nerve-racking, the player's will feel it so will Bradford's just hope we don't go a goal down then hope the fan's don't turn on the player's!

Seriously though, we need support and that's all they need and that is OUR job as supporters! Least I ask if our team now is that we make playoffs.. that for me is progress and an accomplishment!

So for once, we must take some responsibility, we must be more vocal on Tuesday than we ever have been!

Do we go down as "could have beens" or do we fight til the very end and say "this is ours" ? Know what I would prefer..

Really really disappointed in that yesterday, the team looked like it was set up for gaining a point, then we go two up I was thinking we’ll do what we were good at months ago, frustrate Donny and walk away with the three points. Then PW made the absolutely baffling decisions regarding the substitutions, Gotts & Stephenson were outstanding, not just good, outstanding. It just didn’t make sense. They’ll be feeling the pressure on Tuesday night after what happened yesterday.

Also saw the absolute disgrace of protection the buses got, with the way the crowd clearly were, the lack of policing around the supporters buses was diabolical.
Hearing there was a crowd around the team bus too.
Absolute embarrassment. For that reason alone I hope they don’t make the play offs at all never mind go up.

Becuase we dont play possession football. We 2 up away,….try and keep possession, slow things down and burn that clock down. They get one and then knocking on the door with a big crowd behind them, it was no suprise that they went on to win it. Looking at the bench it’s very attacking. I don’t think he picked a bench expecting to be two up. Where’s Tom White?

Two right wing-backs and three forwards on the bench...if only there was a midfielder who would run his heart out for the shirt, keep possession, and break up counter attacks. Ah, but Wild seems to have fallen out with White (why???) and prefers to keep some others happy, even though they won't get a sweat on.

Exactly. The game needed killing off and slowed down but I don’t think we had the players available to do that. The squad is stretched.

Once we got the penalty (fully justified) and Joe Ironside tucked it away, I just knew the win was on for us.
In contrast to yours, our substitutions were inspired, and totally changed the course of the game.
From then, we just powered on and blew you away. It was the most amazing 45 minutes of football I’ve seen from Rovers in 55 years of supporting them.

I’m ashamed of our ‘fans’ who invaded the pitch, but your manager’s claim that your ‘keeper was assaulted was quite sad and clearly the rankings if a desperate man. And utterly false, as video evidence has shown. If there is to be any follow-up action, it might be your ‘keeper who is shitting himself rather than any of our idiots.

I’m sure the majority of your fans are equally ashamed of the idiot who threw the flare. Potentially dangerous but that clearly slipped your manager’s mind.

Anyway, yesterday was pay-back time for our last two inept displays at your place, and our incredible comeback will live long in my memory.

Finally, your fans win the award for the most ironic and misplaced chant of the year at our place during your brief ascendancy in the first half - “Is this a library….!”

It was the most amazing 45 minutes of football I`ve seen from Rovers in 55 years of supporting them, or do you mean from the 84 minute till full time, a bit like us last season in the second half when we were outstanding against you, has for our goalie you are spot on he could have stayed clear of the fans on the pitch but headed back towards them and got involved with an individual and you can see him throwing the person to the ground, regarding the flare quite a few Barrow fans and forum posters would like them at all home games irrespective if the Club land a heavy fine, also our subs yesterday have been discussed at length, it`s still a possibly we could meet in the play-offs that would be something to look forward too. If we win both home games this week we`ll finish 5th but our current form is poor only 6 wins from last 22.

The footage does not disprove assault as it's possible he was spat at, which is legally considered common assault.

When you’re in the moment; things can slip your mind, how many times have you been talking to a friend and then left the conversation and thought ahh I forgot to ask how so and so was - there’s no difference when you’re in a live interview environment.

At the same time when you’re faced with someone who is clearly annoyed, clearly not wanting to talk (short snappy answers) it’s sometimes best to just end it; not poke further because it doesn’t end well on both fronts

Keep doing what you do Adam,you are really good at what you do.Someone's when you are interviewing somebody you have to tread a fine line.so you don,t upset the interviewee to the point where they refuse to give interviews.You have got the balance right and long may you continue.

H’mm, not all entirely true is it?

Atmosphere you created was very good, I guess the chant was a bit of banter. Not sure where or why you thought it was the most amazing 45 minutes, try halving that….unless you were as impressed by twenty minutes of us shutting you out as you were with your comeback….and a fully deserved comeback. The substitutions were bizarre on our part, yours were very good.
Regarding the smoke bomb, that was thrown from behind us, it hit the man stood next to me and landed on the row in front of us where a man threw it onto the edge of the pitch, one of your stewards was going to throw him out thinking he’d set it off, luckily a female steward pointed out his mistake. There were a lot of young kids around that area as well but the people who throw these smoke bombs don’t seem bothered about things like that.
Onto the keeper incident, there is a very clear video showing one of your supporters walking towards Farman and our keeper was backing away, that would’ve been a frightening situation for anyone so to try and shift the blame onto Paul Farman is a bit of an embarrassing defence to be honest.

Seems to have been the case in quite a few games this season!

Well I thought we would get a automatic promotion place.
People here will be bitterly disappointed on how we have faltered.
I think we are seeing Pete Wild is learning his trade .
If we were told we would be high up the table at the beginning of the season we would have taken it.
We have probably over achieved but disappointment at the end of the season is understandable.
Hopefully we can get a result to put us in the play offs.
In all honesty I think Pete Wild was and is the best choice of Manager.
We have chosen big names like Brian Kidd,Phil Brown,Mark Cooper etc all have been flops.

With the utmost respect to you Adam, you’re not talking to a friend, your there in a professional capacity & something like pivotal moments in the game should not
‘slip the mind’ no matter how uncomfortable they are to ask.
Listen mate you’re great at what you do and I don’t mean this in a personal way. Listen to every podcast, every interview. And enjoy them all.
But you’re a professional journalist. When you’re there in that capacity, perhaps you can’t also be there as a ‘fan’.
100% appreciate having to keep a relationship with the club, but not if it’s just asking questions they want to answer, and not the ones they don’t.

In Adam’s defence, I think we all forget, because we enjoy his commentary, that’s he’s not a trained journalist just a fan like we all are, that’s doing his dream job getting paid to travel all over the country following the fortunes of the club he’s followed since a child. Keep up the good work AJ.
