Excellent post. And a fantastic job they do. Personally think they should be rewarded for their efforts,I was surprised to find out they pay full amount, taking into account the organisation responsibility's they have during an away day.

Sterling effort from all involved. Bus lists, pubs and prices always spot on

I do not use the coaches, partially as a result of geography, though it is always great to see the bus(es) turn up outside away grounds and disgorge hordes of enthusiastic supporters of all ages.

As for organisation, a thankless and at times very frustrating task am sure and a massive well done to the people involved.

Dealing with the general public, in any guise, can be challenging at the best of times. If those involved are holding down jobs/running businesses/have family lives/fending off everything else that life throws at us then they deserve extra plaudits...at the very least, a couple of pints which am sure, regular travellers will see to.

Credit to Cromwell58 for highlighting this.

Totally agree. The trips away are excellent. Well organised and worth every penny.
A big thanks to all involved.
