Why have we appointed a manager who was sacked from a club that finished lower than us. ! I wish him well,but right now I am a bit underwhelmed and baffled.

He will be backed and the bar is raised for the football club. Let’s hope he can take us one step further than Wild.

Absolutely. Gills were a mess when he took over, majority of their supporters believed he would have done a job given time.

Got to give him a chance as its a forum he falls into the Dunn category .

Stephen Clemence isn't a name that I would have thought would have been on anybody's radar for this role. Iain Wood as Sporting Director hasn't got a lot wrong since he came in in fact he has been pretty much the boards best appointment IMO. Good luck to our new head coach

I don't know whether Wood was involved in signing Garner, Proctor, Worrall and Telford but whoever was got plenty wrong!

Probably a little harsh on Telford, I just don’t think a Wild team was ever set up to get the best out of him, he looked pretty decent when PW gave him a run of games though.

Telford is without doubt a quality footballer Wild never once played to his strengths. The way the new manager is talking Telford might like his style of play and hopefully we'll see the best version of Dom. Worrall been underwhelming but not dreadful, Garner clearly has talent however hasn't shown it enough. Proctor was awful.
