My advice for anyone travelling by train is avoid Fulham Broadway it will be ram packed, Earle’s Court tube - near where the away pubs are situated or West Bromford overground station (mixed pubs) and walk through the cemetery - this is closer to the stadium (15 min walk).

I imagine very few of our fans would be coming into West Brompton by Overground, coming as it does from north rather than central London. And if you go there by tube, it's still going to be rammed, since it's just one stop shy of Fulham Broadway on the same branch of the District line. I guess the advantage is, as you say, pubs, 'cos those around Chelsea's ground are reportedly pretty ropey and you wouldn't get in anyway.

But, anyway, when are the tickets being posted out? I know there's two weeks to go yet, but I'm still beginning to get twitchy and nailbitey!

The overground route was my plan: Euston - Willesden Jct - W. Brompton, roughly the same time as the tube. Not a good option?

Ah yes, I forgot that Euston to Watford line runs through Willesden Junction. No, that would be a good route, though I think I would still go:
Euston –> Victoria line to Victoria –> District line Wimbledon branch to W Brompton or Fulham Broadway.
It just seems a bit more direct somehow. And I've had some terrible delays on the Overground in the past, though in fairness it's nowhere near as bad as it used to be and the tube isn't perfect by any means either. And these days you can always check TfL's live status updates and then you'll have an alternative if they are any delays on one route or another.

Arvo - there was a sign up on Saturday saying the tickets hadn’t arrived yet. I’m sure they’ll be sent as soon as they arrive.

Where do you want to get to, Hadrian?
— If it's back towards central London then I guess you'll probably have to take your chances with the crush out of Fulham Broadway on the tube.
— If you're heading towards Euston then the reverse of MisterPleasant's Euston –> Willesden Junction –>West Brompton route would certainly work although, based on previous posts, you'd have to walk round Brompton Cemetery (via Ifield Road, Finborough Road, looks like from the map) rather than through it. Can't imagine it would be anywhere near as crowded though and trains are still quite frequent at that time of night.
— As for buses; well, as the Chelsea site matchday guide says, the main road outside the stadium closes from an hour and a half before a match 'til an hour after and in the interim all traffic including buses is diverted via King's Road. It's probably only about a ten-minute walk in either direction from the ground though to pick up the routes again.

I overheard that the tickets arrived Saturday dinner time, but the staff had the Swindon game to concentrate on.

I was in the office around 14:00 Saturday and purchased my Chelsea ticket and my 10 game match ticket and was informed they hadn’t arrived yet.

Supporters who purchased their Chelsea tickets during the initial season ticket holders only sale window will be able to collect their tickets from 10 am tomorrow.
While all the other tickets purchased by supporters will be available to collect at a later date.

Arvo’s not joking about Fulham Broadway tube. From experience in the past, anybody on foot after the game and they will try and “encourage” you in that direction.

Heard tales regarding Chelsea stewards who have, in the past, intentionally directed away fans in the opposite direction of the waiting buses after the completion of fixtures - their idea of fun! Plymouth Argyle fans who visited Stamford Bridge (FA Cup 4th Round 2022) encountered this behaviour. Something to be aware of when leaving the stadium.
