I also understand the GMV has a full bus (well done to them) and one or two local ale-houses may be running trips.

Another bus put on by the club I'm being told.

As a member of the Bluebird trust who has been to quite a few away matches the club needs to reconnect with them pronto and not go out on a limb organising their own coaches.Just because it was Chelsea ,don,t try and alienate your long term supporters who have supported this club over many years.You made a massive mistake by not involving the Bluebird Trust from the outset.In future learn by your mistake and inform them of any future transport plans.When you have long term supporters paying £55 and people on the clubs busses paying £40 the long term supporters feel that they they have been forgotten about and as for the Bluebirds Trust they must be thinking "Why bother if the club are not going to involve us".Without the Bluebird Trust this club could cease to exist.

I've used the Trust Buses in the past but on this occasion I have booked seats on the Club Bus simply because their buses were advertised first.

Don't wish to become involved in the 'politics ' between The Trust and The Club - at the end of the day - the Club benefits from both. However, I have to say that Trust has been more forthcoming with info regarding their travel arrangements. I read, on here, that the Trust buses have an opportunity for those fans who can't walk long distances to be dropped off right outside the ground rather than having to walk the 1/2 mile distance from where the buses will be parked on Imperial Road. I have sent an email to the Club and also phoned the Club to ask if the same arrangement will be extended to the Club buses. I still haven't received a reply to my email. The guy I spoke to on the phone didn't know - and didn't know who would know?!!! It's slightly concerning. I have no problems with regard to walking any distance, myself. However, the person accompanying me to the fixture would find the 1/2 mile walk to the stadium difficult.

It would be nice to hear from anybody involved with the Club regarding my query.

Thats exactly my point Sea Dog Sam and I don,t blame you for getting a bargain,but the club didn,t inform the Bluebird Trust that they were going to release their coaches before them.You are now experiencing a similar lack of communication.When I have emailed the Trust I have usually got an answer fairly quickly.I hope in future the club will work more closely with the Trust to avoid such a situation happening again.

And I'm relying on one Trust bus to pick me and my wife up at Knutsford Services! And drop us off in the early hours there as well. Can't ask anymore than that.
