Hope that the Prawns sell out for this one, though checking out ticket availability on said club's site, less than 70 seats have been sold thus far. Maybe there has been a rush on standing tickets....

AAIU they shouldn't be selling the terrace tickets until all the seated stands have sold out.

The club prefer to open the 3 different areas for away fans in order with the terrace being the last to be made available.

Although some clubs don't fellow the memo and incorrectly sell both types together

70 If they didn’t have their £8.50 a game season tickets they’d do well to get 1500 people in watching

Morecambe fans have moved into overdrive and now bought 102 tickets for the away stand. I know, historically, they have never travelled well to Holker Street though even taking into account the club's current challenging situation (which I genuinely hope is resolved) these numbers do surprise me. Guess many of the Prawns faithful are waiting until later in the week before making the decision whether to venture along the Furness line or the A590.

Is there any danger of it selling out being a bit of a derby?

Also what's the score with tickets, online the option just appears to be standing or seats, but doesn't seem to state where in the ground?

That's what I thought regards sales, likely to be able to pay on the day but wouldn't want to travel 650 miles round journey and not get in!

Ex wife is a bit unpredictable and a pain in the @rse so don't want to buy tickets just yet, in case she stitches me up regards childcare!

Don't take this the wrong way but I've been hoping you got relegated these last couple of years and replaced by someone a bit more southerly!

Looking forward to it, the lower league grounds have a bit more character usually and more likely to get a picture on the pitch! Shame about that end behind the goal with the bar tho.

Seating is in the west terrace and main stand and Standing is basically the rest of the ground with a few usually free seats in the open in the Cross Bar end, the away section depends on how many we sell. .

MFC now appear to have sold all standing tickets for Saturday's game plus 185 in the East Stand. Not sure of that stand's capacity, is it around 600? If so, they've a way to go yet.
