It's impossible to predict at this stage how the season will turn out. There is a lot of talent in our squad (light years away from the squad we had back in 2021-22) and I believe it is good enough to be around the playoffs. The players have lost a bit of confidence at present, but a good win on home soil would do them the world of good. It may come next Saturday if they can believe in themselves and play without any fear.

Really win next week get £40,000 ,maybe get a televised game!, we're not in a position to weaken our team and how's that fair on the fans who are paying next week? guess you're not one of them

Prior to our blockbuster mega payday once in a lifetime stadium day at chelski, we were flying! Since then we have dropped off massively through injuries, tiredness d probably fatigue. So I guess it's down to what we want, do we want money in the bank and a day out or continued success up the league or leagues? Yes I know we need finance to do that but these days is a big day out a good thing or a bad thing for the club?

My point and my view is simple.. I would rather us be fit, not suffering with injury and fatigue and be 3-6-9 points better off..

That's my view and I'm entitled to that!

I totally get what you mean Adam but not to the detriment of the ongoing season.

Non league days I would be all over an fa cup scalp cos that's all we had to go for and shout about but times have changed and for me, the league is more important.

We probably don't have a top 7 squad and looking at the current league 2 table can't really see us finishing above anyone in the top 8 despite having another 32 games to play, and like so many have mentioned below average strikers so how do we finish top 7, let's have another decent cup run and hopefully at least a 3rd round match.

Agree just a shame we couldn`t hold out for a clean sheet the last 2 games, sometimes you only need 1 goal.

Mahoney, Canavan, Gotts, injured before we played Chelsea, Farman in hindsight was also injured and shouldn't have played So how would according to your theory playing a weakened side against Doncaster actually make us better off, does it make us less fatigued?, does it mean in the next league we're guaranteed NO injuries ??? Please!!!

Watcched the highlights several times and I'm still at a loss to see where any handball has occured. All I can see is the ball headed into the box and the Bromley No 5 rising above everyone to head it over the bar. Strikes me that the referee must have some kind of x-ray vision as he is almost 20 yards from the goal yet spots something through a crowded penalty area. Little wonder SC was annoyed.

I,m probably being naive here but if the ref has made the wrong decision regarding the penalty when it was the Bromley player who handballed and not the Barrow player,surely with the video evidence the Bromley goal should be struck off and the match awarded to Barrow.

If you dont shoot you dont score i was there today and the number of times we were at the penalty box and [SwearFilter] it up was disappointing why does newby stop in his tracks and pass it sideways or back instead of getting to the bye line and cross it we should have won this game in a canter bromley the worst team ive seen this season

The only criticism i have is that we never get enough players in the box when we break ...need more pace up front...
