There’s risk in whoever we bring in, no guarantees at all.
Just a hope that whoever is next in charge can motivate a clearly unmotivated team in the main and provide a lift for the players into hopefully turning their form around.
Let’s hope it all pans out going forward.

I would probably go for one of the three who manage in the National League with Solihull, Altrincham or Halifax. They will be keen for success and have had a measure of it with their respective teams.
Obviously unproven in the League but so was Pete Wild.

Seems have the right pedigree. We need someone looking to progress from the National League rather than someone coming from the FL eeking out their days looking for an easy ride and easy money!

Solihull Moors are currently 7th in the NL, so he ain’t doing a bad job!

I think Barrow would be just the right fit for him and us.

Never heard of him so went on their forum. Would you believe there are fans calling for his head . This despite taking them to Wembley twice last season (Trophy and Play-off finals) and still seventh in the table though going through a bad spell just now. Just proves we don't have a monopoly on fickle fans. Personally i think whoever takes over is a gamble just as long as it isn't another ex top-end player with no management experience. Plain to see that they (Kidd,Dunn,Clemence) were out of their depth trying to instil Prem League ideas/tactics into players of much less ability.

Don't know much about Andy Whing so just watched a couple of pre and post match interviews. Comes across well.

Level headed in victory- check

Opposition analysis- check
Talks a no nonsense game, check
Wears the club bobble hat- check

Decent win rate in his career so far. Good game stats for Solihull, including possession and shots on goal
