[SwearFilter] poor from match officials and hope they get a bollocking for poor show
However, there is no response, no challenging the ref, no desire and fight to push on regardless

It’s just so easy for Crew if we were two up we’d be defending like the Alamo. We can’t keep the ball for love nor money.

We can’t even get any points from a team with nine injuries

Always thought Whitfield is far better on the right

I’m fully awake. Just not as negative as you. Fact is this game would probably be 0-0 but for poor refereeing decisions. Hardly anything between the teams.
Life is always better when it's better
Re: Crewe Alexandra (A) match thread
I've never known a team so diabolically toothless when chasing a game. When the roles are reversed we are always under the pump, yet we never seem to be able to put teams under sustained pressure.
Popular side since '03.

It’s the shirt it shows off our weak underbelly’s.
Re: Crewe Alexandra (A) match thread
No I agree but at 1-0 we’re still in it, 2-0 becomes very hard. Fine margins but we’re nowhere near good enough. Weak all over physically and mentally. Carlisle will fancy their chances again.
Re: Crewe Alexandra (A) match thread
Yes, it is worrying that commentators say we are too slow, half a yard short, and keep getting beaten to the ball. And worse, there is no desire to fight back after going two down. Heaven help us next Thursday because Carlisle will certianly have fight.

They had 2 players lined up just waiting to finish that.
Don't let the old man in.
