Farman was down at least 2 minutes, then our goal and there's so it was about right!

Superb performance tonight from everyone Pointless having all the possession Notts had and doing little with it, the penalty that Notts wanted was a definite dive if you watch it back look at Canavans boots he never moves his feet near the player, the officials came to the right decision over the disallowed goal for Notts, the added on time was about right but doesn't help when Paul Farman goes down for a rest, a big shout out for the travelling fans tonight a brilliant victory for you all.

Just got home. Immense performance, hard-working, tough, never gave up - just what we have been asking for. Some mistakes, one of which led to their goal, but County were really rattled. Their fans will be really unhappy with the ref, but well done to him for going over to the linesman and changing his mind - a big decision without the comfort blanket of VAR. We were more or less in line with it and thought it was offside but didn’t expect him to overturn it after he seemed to allow it.
Really important to get all three points given the weird set of results tonight, with all the teams below us getting something. Good to drag MKD and Gillingham back into the mix. Pete Wild is doing an impressive job at Fleetwood.

Just for the record, I think our last 3 performances at Meadow Lane have been 3-0 win in November 2019, 1-1 draw last season, and 2-1 today, so pretty good. Our home results in those 3 seasons have been L, D, D.

I think they have won 7, lost 5 and drawn 2 since Wild came in, or something like that? Certainly did better at Crewe than us. Anyway, let’s keep it about Barrow tonight (my fault..)

As one of the 84 who was there tonight that was a special performance, particularly in light of the Carlisle game. Credit to Andy Whing who let the players take the plaudits at the end of the game rather than taking the glory for himself. That was an unexpected performance and result with every single player doing their part to contribute. Andy Whing dragged that out of them and deserves full credit for the response tonight. Pressley, to use Andy Whing’s expression, worked his socks off and was fantastic tonight. Robbie Gotts reaffirmed his position as heads and shoulders our best player of the season. If Vassell and Campbell can get back from injury then we will be fine.

And I should add that Sam Foley is giving Robbie Gotts a good run for his money. He’s showing many of the younger players how it should be done.

Didn’t watch tonight as we were up in the mountains at the G Canyon but what a BRILLIANT SURPRISE scoreline when we got back into civilisation, Almost home n hosed as they say out here.

Proud the way they battled on to the end under enormous pressure, credit to Manager and all the players couple more games like that with the same spirt and we will be safe.

Credit where credit is due not many people saw that one coming. Shades of our 1-0 win at Northampton a couple of years ago when we were in equally poor form. Is that only 2 away wins all season? Not an easy place to do it but perhaps no pressure suited us. An interesting line up and brave but worked well.

Big game now against Accrington and if we build on this result with another win then we should be ok. Bottom few picking up points so it’s important we do too.

And I should add that Sam Foley is giving Robbie Gotts a good run for his money. He’s showing many of the younger players how it should be done.

I think Foley has been phenomenal this season. He joined us supposedly in the twilight of his career. I cannot think of a player that’s given us more over the last few years. And this despite us trying to let him go at one point.

Well done to those who made it to Nottingham last night. I hope the Castle Rock brewery got a celebratory visit.
