Think that I just heard, via the iFollow commentary, the announcer saying Pressley has been given 'man of the match' too.

I think we’ll be OK now
Re: Barrow v Accrington Stanley
Closer to top than bottom. 13 points off play offs and 14 points above the drop zone.

Quite right too Pressley was magnificent all game topped off with a well earned goal. He never took a backward step against Rawson and seemed to revel in the physicality.Cubbins Paratrooper wrote: ↑Sat Mar 08, 2025 4:50 pm Think that I just heard, via the iFollow commentary, the announcer saying Pressley has been given 'man of the match' too.
Shout out to Farman that second half save was brilliant and kept it at one nil

Pressley was incredible. I hope his Mrs is expecting too much from him tomorrow cos he's not going to be able to move for a day or two. Canavan was immense in the air. Foley and gotts deserve a mention too. Overall a great day especially with other results. Bye bye Carlisle

Very good 3 points to follow up the magnificent win at Notts County. Winning is a very good habit. Well done everyone.
Re: Barrow v Accrington Stanley
That is two very good back to back wins. Hopefully we can push on and finish the season strongly.

We have had the Radio C group therapy session, Lummy saying he has had eniough and now we have a deflated Mark Hughes, but still waiting to hear from our winning manager.
Re: Barrow v Accrington Stanley
I wonder if they go down will we get the majority of coverage.
Very pleased when Harrogate scored late.
Prefer .Morecambe to stay up but they have financial problems.

Re: Barrow v Accrington Stanley
That Farman save was unbelievable, and it won us the game, we dominated the first half but as expected Accrington really came at us in the second half but we defended really well Foley Canavan and Williams played well together!
We faded a bit at times but no wonder because of injuries we've more or less played the same 11 for a few games now and after Tuesday they must be shattered, we're more or less safe now barring some unbelievable results so we can all more or less relax now !
Pressley got a great reception at the end and he deserved it ,it's a thankless job he had to do and Accrington were physical to say the least how they didn't get more bookings defies logic !, well done lads !

Just say no to VAR
Re: Barrow v Accrington Stanley
Beating us should have been their catalyst, it was their night but it looks like the result has given us an almighty boot up the backside.
