Anyone know what ‘Customer doesn’t have sufficient entitlements’ means in ifollow. Just paid for this month’s audio pass. Thanks.

Try logging in again, Also I don’t think coverage starts to fifteen mins before.

I think I had this problem last season. Try these: clear your device's cache and, secondly, make sure you are/have logged out of iFollow on all the devices you use. Closing it down isn't enough, you have to log out. If you have multiple log-ins on different devices iFollow doesn't like it - generally speaking you can only be logged in on a single device at any one time.

I thought I’d be able to listen to this game on Freeview radio but they’ve got a non-league friendly on instead. Disappointing.

Radio commentary only available on DDB+ or AM

I know it’s on DAB+ unfortunately I don’t have it and AM is useless.
We should have either Freeview or FM, especially as they’re only playing a friendly.

Not playing too bad ,Harper looks the part, Newby gets in great positions but he always tries to overdo things, Smith booked now has to watch himself, Cameron is isolated up front !

The game is showing on Sky Sports. 3pms allowed today as no Premier League. I'm watching via NOW TV
