So Pedro what would your recommendations by as to improving the coaching side of the club at the present time?

Don't take wrong way Pedro, everyone entitled to an opinion but almost everything you write is toxic and negative! We all get frustrated and heated when the team doesn't click, that's football but you just seem to pick holes in everything rather than look at what might be good and positive for the club, for us, for the team..

Negativity breeds like nothing else and this negativity does and will have an effect not only on the supporter but probably the team too!

Like I say, not wanting to fall out with anyone but when the chips are down, is it not better that we all come together, be grateful for what we have rather than what we don't or can't have?

Come on Pedro lets have your opinion be proactive - don't be scared - if people don't agree so be it because as you say the era of North Korea on the forum has now been banished.

Andy whing is a young coach and learning. credit to the club for recruiting support and finding ways to help his development.

Some people want immediate results with a simple sack him.., if it doesn’t look good. Say your piece , respect others views but No one goes on the pitch to lose.

Back the club, support the coach and encourage the players.

This is just further proof ( as if we needed it) that AW isn't up to the job.
His ability is limited and that's putting it mildly.
10/10 to the club for bringing NM back though.

The club has been trying to get a replacement for Jason Taylor since he left to go to Rochdale.
Rob Kelly came in short term.
Let's hope Neil McDonald is his permanent replacement.

Followed him to Kidderminster and left when he was sacked.
Last job at Hartlepool till October.
Not sure a player recommending him means much because when Brown and he came in did not do much.

Other than help to keep our place in the League.

If I remember rightly though other than a 4-0 win against Forest Green, I don't recall our results really changing too much under Brown and MacDonald at the time. I thought under Cooper we looked good enough to stay up and nothing really changed.
Thank god Brown never stayed on permanently as the owners wanted him but couldn't agree and we ended up with Wild instead.

Time will tell but maybe the thinking is have an experienced head in there for if/when a change is made elsewhere and MacDonald may step in. I'd hope not but I'm not at all convinced by Whing going back to first day of the season when he doubted his own team selection! Hardly inspiring to hear if you're a player and it's rubbing off on them I think.

Meanwhile in the real world no one is banishing you! If you post something on a public forum that someone disagrees with, surely they are entitled to say so. Can't see anything very North Korean about that, or do you only want to see comments that agree with you - now that would be North Korean!
