Barrow v Tranmere Rovers, match thread
Re: Barrow v Tranmere Rovers, match thread
Not watching, going off comments on here and Flashscore. None of it alters the fact we can’t stick the bloody thing in the net the other end.

Sorry Canavan touched him he was too slow to get to him, the second was bad defending, you can't sugarcoat this our defending is shocking!olbarrafancumbak wrote: ↑Tue Dec 09, 2025 9:16 pmWas thinking the very same thing.. we don't deserve this scoreline at all.

Diabolical ref aside it's another game where we have only shown up for 45 minutes, and failed to take advantage when we are on top. Back into the familiar routine of checking other results.
Popular side since '03.

Start of the second half, Whing should have pushed Williams further up and brought Shipley on but didn't!

Another game. Another poor performance. Another defeat.
It’s all too predictable. Under 2,000 home fans.
How much longer can this continue?

Are you sure? Josh doesn’t help himself at times. But as a referee you must show consistency which this clown hasn’t.

Tonight was going to go one of two ways, carry on where we left off against Wigan and put in a good performance and use that as encouragement and motivation, OR go the other way. It seems the latter has happened and I’m not totally surprised.
Something is just not right with the set up and it comes from the top. We can’t keep being victims of our own hard luck stories, we don’t do enough to win games. We don’t pose enough of a threat which makes us vulnerable at the other end and liable to make silly decisions. Referee sounds stinking but it’s not referees who have put us where we are. We’ve won two in twelve, we were outplayed by a bottom of the league team a week ago who were stuffed by a non league team at the weekend.
I want to know what the manager plans to do other than continuing to work their socks off as to me he seems out of ideas and fast running out of time.
December or not that attendance is dreadful too and let’s not kid ourselves it’s the weather wholly to blame but the substandard football and results.
