Great result and a much needed win. Also we owed them that after their histrionics at Holker Street. Take that swine!
We will foller the soccer, over land and sea...

Wasn’t the easiest chance tbh. Whitfields just before was much clearer opportunity.
Cameron isn’t great but put himself about tonight to be fair

Fantastic game for the lads - they must be feeling happy this evening. Major confidence boost. I believe that shows that they ARE capable of a good sold 90 mins resulting in a win. Good boost for McDonald also.
Canavan - nothing ton say that hasn’t already been said - I like the lad and I think he brings a lot to the team, but he’s got to calm down.
Not a Cameron fan but he played his socks off today - fair play.
I’m Happy as a pig in you know what!!

Midfield was spot on tonight
Harper being back is a massive improvement.
McCann MOTM - looks a class little player

That is a massive massive relief
Fletcher far better linking up as a makeshift striker than Hemmings, McCann is very good

It'll be late before I'm home but I'm having a celebratory beer when I do.
Nerves shot at but worth it.

Proper smash and grab performance that, deserved the points, heart sunk at that 9 minutes added but we managed the dark arts properly and grafted for that after a smooth brain moment from our captain.
Re: Tranmere Rovers v Barrow, match thread
I have always believed that we have enough good players to be a mid table team at least. Harper makes a big difference although he can fade at times. Hemmings injury and Fletcher coming in has been a fortunate enforced change. However, one swallow .... etc. Two vital games coming up against Bristol Rovers and Harrogate.

Great result. We showed heart and desire tonight not to mention 3 goals. Great to see the back slapping when a save or a block was made its that type of thing that's been missing in the last few games.

Ironically our last league win was 2-1 away to the then league leaders Walsall.
We finished the game then with 10 men, after Shipley got sent off in the 56th minute.
