I know he's been an assistant at Championship level but this league is a completely different animal!
Especially if the club don't even communicate to the staff as to what's going on..(listening to Adam)

Coldest day of the year! ;)

Possibly why Stanway didn’t save their winner. I was right behind it and a good keeper would’ve kept that out. His kicking was all over the place too. Apart from that, I’m sure he’s Championship standard!

Frustrating to lose today, as we were much better, just the same old mistakes costing us yet again.

ONE HUNDRED AND THREE days now without a home win in the league. We need to end that streak on Sunday!

He won’t get one though.
To be fair, he's doing ok and there is improvement but listening to him, he's clueless as to what's going on.. how shit must that make you feel when your here to do a decent job?

Need to get a decent Manager in asap.
No good fiddling while Rome burns .
One win since Whing went.
Mcdonald sounds like Nevile Chamberlain .

I hope Mcdonald is no where near any new setup. I hear the players arent keen on him, but love Gallagher

Get what you're saying but if the players love a manager doesn't sound good, he might have different ideas compared to Whing but there’s more to management than that and he’s managed no one !

Listening to his interview with Adam, I got the impression that he was being discreet and he knew what was going to happen and it didn’t include him. I don’t think it was just the result that made him seem a bit despondent.

Oh i completely get it. IMO we are cheaping out and if a name mentioned to me as a potential striker signing is correct we are 100% cheaping out

Agree, right back, mobile central defender, midfielder and a centre forward who can hold the ball up, whether we get them who knows but we really do need to shake things up a bit !
I want a Manager who gets the team using a high press and not have defender's who constantly back off like ours do !
