I'm not blaming anybody! And which bit of '...picking that up from commentary' do you not get? I was listening not watching so, no, I didn't notice it.SayitagainSam wrote: ↑Sun Feb 01, 2026 3:48 pmNice try. 2. Blame Adam. 1. Thompson was marking Palmer - Palmer scored. Did you not notice that?MisterPleasant wrote: ↑Sun Feb 01, 2026 2:39 pm
Two things to say there:
1) Look at the time it was posted; it was still 1 - 1;
2) The words "Sounds like..." suggests that maybe, just maybe, I was picking that up from the commentary.

Think people need a reality check - we are not an attractive option for players. All games are virtually ‘away’ games as they are travelling to Barrow the day before a game (under their own steam from what I’ve heard). We won’t be one of the big paying clubs in the league. These players are under contract & wont be easy to get rid of - they have bills, families etc like everyone else. I’m concerned re the loan players as they won’t be worried about next season - experience needed at such a crucial time

I don’t disagree experience is what is needed on the field and what’s lacking off the field. Experience costs money of which we don’t have to buy that experience. Rose aside we haven’t brought that in with just one day of the window to goBlack Knight wrote: ↑Sun Feb 01, 2026 4:47 pm Think people need a reality check - we are not an attractive option for players.
