I have listened and am aware of that. But unfortunately results aren't backing up the positive aspects of why they appointed him, so any concerns are genuine.

I went to the Q&A and I like the guy and his mentality and want him to be a success.

Tranmere are on a similar slide to us - they too have lost their last five.

They are 8 points ahead but have played two more games than us, so could be drawn into the mix.

We have gone from experience to rookies, contrasting playing styles, two year complete squad rotations because we haven’t staggered contracts to protect squad continuity. The club was crying out for no nonsense battlers who have been in this position but we brought in a rookie coach and players who I am sure are good tidy footballers in a settled side, but they've been thrown straight into a relegation battle. It’s a mess and we cant keep clean sheets. Absolutely have to win the next game but Im not seeing how we do that.

Well he won’t be changing from 3 at the back anytime soon if his answer to Adam on Radio Cumbria is anything to go by when Adam asked about changing shape
