Looking forward to Sat v Crewe.
He's had a couple of weeks with the squad so it'll be interesting to see how we are set up.
My penny is on NO WINGBACKS!

Freddie Anderson signed for us. He’s a fullback.

Play Anderson alongside Raglan with Jackson on the right and Shipley on the left 🤔

With the first game of the Paul Gallagher era fast approaching, we reached out to our friend at Preston North End fanzine, the Nose Bag for his thoughts on our new duo. We wanted this to reach you early, so have made it available online. Cause we can be alright like that sometimes...

Having given it more thought.....why change a winning team?
So at least start with wingback.

Well respected down Deepdale way, aren't they?

Watched a programme which said statistics state only 1 in 10 Managers succeed, so it'll be down to a few things for Gallagher to turn this around, is he going to continue with a back 3 when we haven't 2 decent wingbacks, he wants a high press but have we the player's to do it or do they want to do it?
The longer we're down the bottom 6 will the players start looking at other clubs to go to if the worst happens?
Have we got any money to buy a couple of decent players to help Gallagher!
To be honest he can't win with the players we signed there's not much he can change it is and always will be down to the players we all watch the interviews where they all say we must do better etc,but the mistakes continue, I don't see any leaders on the pitch, someone to bollock others if they're not doing it as soon as we concede you can see head's dropping .
Then Gallagher said we started too slow and no energy this is worrying it was his first game but his team let him down he must have been devastated.
We have to win on Saturday no ifs no buts!

Get rid of the 3 at the back for me, it’s meant to sure you up at the back and we still conceded 3 goals.

Surely we can play Jackson at LB and Whitfield (or Freddie Anderson) at RB at least until we sign a full back.

Whitfield at right back! Are you being serious? Whitfield can't play wing-back let alone full-back. He's an out-and-out winger and the best one we have in that position.
