You can't sell the club because nobody wants to buy it! I'm sure the board would be happy to sell the club if a genuine buyer wanted it but who with real money would want to buy a club with the worst ground and facilities in the EFL and crowds which even with a team near the top won't attract more than 3 or 4 thousand?

We certainly haven't had a worse team since coming back into the EFL. In fact, this team is comfortably the worst in that time.

Yes because it has happened game after game!
This was the biggest problem again yesterday; we spent the second half pretty much accepting the plan was to try and grind out a point, which is fine if you do it! Same at Fleetwood when it gets back to 2v2 it’s a disaster yes but you then just have to grind out the point, again we didn’t
At 0v0 yesterday there was another team “buffer” between us and the bottom 2 so a point was fine, we just don’t do it. Thats the difference now, Harrogate and Newport are picking up points at least most weeks
Still not convinced on Dinos subs, I can’t believe Powell doesn’t at least get on the bench if he is fully fit, would be nice to at least have the option of some pace on the counter but I do think if he’d been appointed before Gallagher we’d be better off tbh, he’d have brought some much needed experienced grafters in in the transfer window

But is Powell injured? Is Whitfield injured? When asked by Adam who name checked Whitfield to Dino on Radio Cumbria Dino avoided giving a straight answer saying something along the lines of "I can only pick who is available" Interesting that Whits is yet to be in any squad since Dino came in. Something does not seem quite right.

We’ve 100% had worse teams on paper than this who have stayed up. They had a bit of fight about them. Agreed this is the worse team in performances & fight etc though

We have players on the pitch who are making up the numbers .Naz has Thompson ( not good enough) on one side of him and Anderson on the other so is constantly having to watch them as they are here to learn. This puts more defensive pressure on whoever is being asked to play out of position as a wingback ( we dont have any).
The back 3 hasn't worked all season even with hardened pros occupying those positions so it won't work with kids.
We have to play a back 4 with Freddie Anderson ( yes a kid) at RB.When we have players returning from injury ,( very quiet on that front!) we will do better.

No.
Ben Whitfield joined the year after Dino left.

No Dino had long gone from Burton before Whitfield signed for them

Previous managers were a lot more specific on injuries, Dino mentions long term in the same sentence when asked about Ben, but nothing more. Ole Murphy’s law is still fkin us over, crap performance but nearly everyday game its an injury, red, repeat, last game it was Newby who went off, then Raglan the week before, seems like everything is against us to go down,

It was a similar response when he was asked if we were signing someone on a free transfer. A right back perhaps?

I just took it as “I don’t know” for both answers. He definitely didn’t sound comfortable answering about injuries or transfers.

I've just listened to it and didn't come away with that impression. He said that the owners were backing him all the way, that they were looking for a right back and hoped to have someone by next week.
Adam's question re Whitfield and Powell implied that they were part of the injury list and gave him the way out so he just went along with that line.

I’m sure Powell was on some pictures either training Friday or warming up yesterday.

Your entitled to your opinion but the guy was evasive and spoke waffle imo.
Could anyone explain what his tactics are? We have won one game and that was only because the Colchester radar was off target that day. They had enough chances to beat us comfortably.
Gordon apart who at least tried that was a performance by a group of heartless, gutless, clueless charlatans yesterday
Yes Dino is passionate speaks as though he cares but his tactics and ability to get his team to play as though they care resemble a pound shop Michael Jolley imo
