They are all mostly a fickle bunch though if you are prepared pay the money they keep applying for the work.

Couldn’t give a [SwearFilter] if we go through another ten managers this season at least we’re having a go. If they’ve identified that foleys not working then we’re being proactive. As for managers not wanting to come in fear of being sacked, simple solution is don’t be shite at your job. They know the score. It’s the same at 90% of clubs in England, lose a few on the bounce and questions will be asked

I would use the word bedlam.
Of course managers get sacked, rarely last 2 years in football nowadays.
But looking from the outside (and yes, I know it's not my concern) but it's been your problem since you came into the league. If you hand out long contracts to managers and fire them after only weeks or months then that suggests to me that its not in control at a higher level.
Where I work, if you go through 13 shift managers in 5 yrs, then ultimately the site manager gets the bullet.

We're not like that, the last head coach - the one before the current head coach who only has a contract for 3 months - was, I believe, on a rolling 1 month deal. That's the way you do it.
