Some of these players will stay in league 2 like it or not. Player power will mean the club will get rid of them for peanuts just to get rid of them. I wudnt mind them all going to be honest. Most of them have stole a wage over the season. Its got to the point in our group where we are praising players just for putting a bit of effort it. Wtf. Like i said i will be round at that tunnel wen the last game finishes and these cunts are getting it. Just a shame that snake Ian Wood will slip away instead of walking down the tunnel

Devastated after today.
This was a real chance to show us fans that the players care but we were shown a load of dogshit!
Next week will be the first game I’ve missed in 7as will be in recover post op but genuinely still think we can stay up even after today. I’m hoping today was as bad as it gets and next 2 games the players show some fight.
Today, how many times did we not put a foot in or a block. The defence was dreadful today, don’t think we got out and won a ball all game. McDonald should be levels above but I don’t remember his dominating a game yet. An as for our keeper, still can’t believe he starts. Don’t get me wrong he made a couple of great saves but his kicking and 2 of them goals I think he should be doing better.
The lack of a leader is killing us. I appreciate we have injuries and MJ should be in midfield but we need a leader and someone who will put a foot in and get everyone up for it, today was beyond flat it was horrendous.

Cambridge will severely maul this lot-it'l be a damage limitation exercise!

This is 100% right.

Good keepers don't have to make saves. They prevent goals from occurring, at source, by not kicking the ball straight back to the opposition.

Sad truth is, we conceded fewer goals with Rory Feely in nets, than Wyll's recent outings.

You think im bothered what people think? These players dont deserve the support they get from us so no it isnt supportive in the slightest

Genuinely still think we can stay up.
I’ve a feeling all teams at the bottom won’t win next week and it will be down to last game and we will pull something out the bag.
Josh Gordon being back too gives us something but I realise he’s not playing at the back leaking goals.

There have been times this season when ive thought the players were deliberately playing badly to get rid of managers they didnt like. . They were that bad.

When we had 10 games to go i thought if they suddenly started playing well and stayed up that would be proof that it was deliberate and every one of them should be sacked at the end of the season and booed out of Holker street regardless of league safety.

It now appears that it wasn't deliberate and they are just not good enough.. , which in a strange way is easier to swallow ,but does pose massive questions for the board in relation to how they get the club back on track whichever league we find ourselves in....because these players should not be part of the solution.

He did but then he also should’ve done better for the first and second, and in reality the saves you’d expect a competent keeper at this level to make, to quote Roy Keane that’s his job. He’s thrown too many in since the transfer talk whether or not that’s affected him or not…. Fleetwood, Chesterfield, Salford one at Grimsby just off the top of my head. I still would’ve given Winterbottom a run for his own head as much as anything.

Foley says the players are trying hard but the truth is they are just not good enough.
As we all know it It all comes back to the shocking recruitment.
I don't like to single out individuals but a case in point is Scott Smith.
A defensive midfielder who can't tackle and has no touch when the ball is at his feet.
Turned his back for the second goal and failed to put his body on the line for the third goal.
i got to the stage yesterday when I just laughed when he was on the ball or I would have cried.
Useless doesn't do him justice!!

It’s mentioned on the barrow FB group by a few people, a kid said something that was miss heard, plenty of people stood around heard nothing in the nature of discrimination. I think the clubs would have made an announcement by now if it had been upheld and confirmed.

I didn't hear what was said, but it was certainly from a kid - I was directly behind the group of kids standing at the wall at the front, aged maybe 10-12, that the keeper was gesturing at.

Hopefully it was misheard - it's a bad state of affairs if kids that young have developed racial hatred.

It's easy for people who have never experienced racial abuse to accuse the keeper of over-reacting. But it is odd that other types of abuse seem to be acceptable. For instance, there is one guy in the Holker Street end who seems to have a pre-match ritual - when the visiting keeper comes to stand in the goalmouth just before kick-off, this guy shouts at the top of his voice "YER F**KIN RUBBISH, KEEPER". No-one ever bats an eyelid.

Stanway is learning his trade and yes he makes mistakes and it costs us a goal.

Look at our goals against Oldham goalkeeper made a few mistakes.

The players Infront of him have far more experience.

Harper continues to run round shirking out of tackles, for a player who has so much experience he is a nearly man.

Sure I saw him running round looking for Asda trolleys but missing them.

Smith a had a stinker and Anderson poor.

Josh Gordon what he lacks in ability he more than makes up for in effort .

The last thing I want to say all this media crap has not helped.
We don't want to know what they are up to in training .
