Have to say that I have zero appetite to attend next Saturday now there is realistically nothing left to play for.
I go to virtually every home game and quite a few away so I can definitely be called a regular.
But I just dont want to be a hypocrite by standing there and clapping this team for their lack of effort and passion (Josh Gordon apart - not even our player) and the board for their mistake after mistake. The writing has been on the wall for too many months.
What does everyone one else think and how many home fans do we think will be there?

Go to the game for the owners who put the money in to get us that 6 year league experience, without it (shearer in particular) we’d probably be part time.
I don’t understand why anyone would clap the players though, just boo and chant “your not fit to wear the shirt”

I haven't clapped them out for weeks. I am there when they come out for there first warm-up and I just give them a weary stare. These clagnuts haven't put in any effort (other than the Oldham match) during our free fall and they don't deserve any applause.
Part of getting the atmosphere up in the ground is the rousing welcome a respected team would get when they walk out just before kick-off. There is nothing to get roused about with this bunch and that godawful song that will always be associated with a season of abject failure. It needs to be played again this coming Saturday (because it's what they deserve) and then consigned to the trash file and never heard at the ground again

I'll be there...I love Barrow AFC.

Barrow have given me some of the best days of my life.

I can take going down, but I am angry at the lack of effort these players have shown.
I cannot and will not clap them. I won't be celebrating any goals...(not that I need to consider that happening!!!!). But I also won't boo them, although I don't blame anyone that does.

Whilst it’s gut wrenching I think most of us can accept going down - the manner of it not though.

Don't forget it's our directors who are putting in around £10,000 every home game, it's money towards next season it's the club we support irrespective of how bad the team is and I've seen some bad ones!

I won’t be there fair play to those that are but I’ve not had any enjoyment watching any matches this season, have been to Salford and Bristol, Swindon away and have seen enough.
I just hope those that do go make their feelings known and hopefully it’s the last we’ll see of the large majority of this squad. Got to be a few contenders for worst ever players in there. Stinks of the Goodfellow, Danny Rowe and Chadwick era.

I’d resigned myself to that at Salford when Stanway fluffed his kick for them to score 3-1 just when we looked like getting an equaliser! Might not be 50 years again but it won’t be quick that’s for sure.

Happy clappers will always be there and our support considering the dross served up has been pretty good this season even if numbers have not surprisingly dropped.
