Digie joins with a wealth of experience in the National League having spent two seasons at Tamworth. The defender has also had spells with Alfreton and Altrincham, having initially started his career at Kidderminster.

In the 2025/26 season, Digie made 44 league appearances for the Lambs and enjoyed his most successful personal goalscoring tally with five to his name.

Manager Adam Murray, speaking on his new signing, said: "He's established at this level. When you look at his defending data, he's one of the highest at this level. He's a Captain and a massive personality and we think he's going to add a lot to the group. "

On joining Barrow AFC, new recruit Digie said: "I'm delighted and excited to be here. It's an ambitious club and I'm looking forward to the season starting now. I've heard a lot about the Gaffer, and it's been good things about what it's like to work with him so that's one of the things that attracted me to the club."

A full interview with Kennedy Digie will be available to listen to here on our YouTube channel tomorrow.

Him and the left back sound very very good signings. Hopefully a few more of that calibre

Had 11 clubs in none league alot on loan making less than 10 appearance each.
Final move to Tamworth saw him established as a regular and chipping in with 4 goals

44 appearances for Tamworth last season scoring 5 goals, 4 yellow cards and no red ones.
Not bad for a central defender.
